Varied hours to choose from starting with a minimum of three hours of weekly lessons.
Special morning groups from Monday to Friday for toddlers aged from eighteen months and groups for three to eighteen year olds.
We remain open during the school holidays and we do not take extended Bank Holidays. We only close on the official Bank Holiday itself.
Special days & Saturday Kids' Club
We celebrate special festivities such as Christmas, Halloween and Carnival where students can dress up in disguise and participate in organised events at the Academy which are completely separate and totally free. They can attend ‘Saturday Kids Club’ which is a workshop consisting of recreational and complementary activities. Enroled students from the age of three, can come and have a good time, learn something new and different all of which are completely in English. This is held the last Saturday morning of each month.
We have large classrooms where our students can carry out hands on activities, essential for fun and entertaining learning as well as three academies in the same building for the comfort and convenience of those students with siblings who also attend. On the ground and first floors there is ‘kIddiEs' wOrld’ for those students aged between eighteen months and seven years and on the second floor is ‘English PlaySchool’ for eight to eighteen year old students.
Qualifications and tracking of each student:
Progress Reports: Written progress reports are provided at the end of each term including comments from the teacher and your children’s assessment marks.
End of Term Tests: Termly assessment tasks for students aged seven and above are carried out.
Cambridge Exams: We give specific training for the Higher Level of the official University of Cambridge exams – KET (Key English Test), PET (Preliminary English Test), FCE (First Certificate in English), CAE (Certificate in Advanced English), CPE (Certificate in Proficiency English).
Teacher – Parent Meetings: There are termly Teacher-Parent meetings where parents can meet and talk to the teacher about their children’s progress and where they can look at the work done in class.
